Module II:

Module II provides us with the skills and knowledge needed to calm the body and focus the mind.  We will learn how breath and meditation can help us get into a state of being where we can sculpt and create the life we desire by finding our ShiNe (Higher-self)! 

Lesson 1:
Just Breathe

Lesson 1 helps us gain a better understanding of the breath on both a biological and spiritual level and gives instruction on several different breathing exercises to calm the body and quiet the mind.  The Just Sit exercise will take you through several breathing exercises so you can experience the effectiveness of the breath to help you feel more energized, loving, and centered.

Lesson 2:
Just Sit

Lesson 2 revisits the mind/body/spirit connection and introduces us to the 3 States of Consciousness, distraction, and several methods of meditation.   The Just Sit exercise will guide you through a Mindfulness Meditation and a Body Scan to help you become more acutely aware of the body and places where it is holding tension.
