Module III:

Module III is where we really get to work to bring about change. We will learn what to do about some of the issues that may have been uncovered in earlier lessons and discover more of the beliefs that hold us back from really ShiNing in the world. This can be a difficult module for some people as we not only look at changing our inner world, but changing the people, places, and things that we surround ourselves with.
Lesson 1:
Finding the Dirt
In lesson 1, we will explore the origins of limiting beliefs, from personal traumas to family expectations and societal pressures, and equip you with the tools to overcome them. Through self-discovery and empowerment, you will learn to recognize limitations, make conscious choices, and live a more authentic and fulfilling life as you uncover the beliefs that may have held you back and empower you to unleash your full potential.
Lesson 2:
Clean the House
In Lesson 2 we will explore the profound influence of environment on personal growth. You will learn to organize your space, choose uplifting influences, practice self-care, and surround yourself with supportive individuals. You will understand the power of declarations and affirmations in aligning beliefs and goals effectively. This lesson equips you to create a positive environment that enhances well-being and personal development.
Lesson 3:
Turning on the ShiNe
In Lesson 3, we’ll dive into the world of manifestation, self-awareness, and goal setting. You will understand how to set meaningful goals that make a real difference. We'll also talk about the importance of being honest about where you are right now, staying adaptable on your journey, and how to keep natural curiosity alive to overcome any obstacles that you may encounter. You will be shown how gratitude and imagination can be the secret superpower that makes dreams a reality.
Lesson 4:
ShiNing Bright
Lesson 4 helps us gain a better understanding of the importance of routine, and ritual and will walk you through structuring your day. In this lesson, we'll explore strategies to help you form positive habits, such as meditation and gratitude. We'll emphasize making the journey enjoyable, setting reminders, establishing routines, rewarding ourselves, and affirming progress.
